Anthony has been my trainer for a few months and I've seen positive changes in myself and my body.


The workouts are fun but challenging! He doesn't let you slack off but is also in tune with what you can/cannot handle.


Anthony is also very punctual which I greatly appreciate. He shows up on time and ready to go.

I worked with Anthony as my personal trainer for 9 months back in 2019, and it was a positive experience.


I gained a lot of confidence in what I can do, and improved greatly from the time I started working with him.


When I first started, I could barely do one situp, and now I can do multiple full reps and sets. 


One thing I truly appreciated was his willingness to switch up the intensity of my workouts according to my progress, frequently I've been surprised with what I can do and how far I can push myself.


On top of all this, you couldn't pick a nicer, more supportive person to work with and he really made it easy every step of the way.

PT Services

I recognize that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. My training sessions take place in a PT studio called the fit faction which is located at 127 W 26th Street.

Every Session is 60 Min with an emphasis on what you need.
