Anthony is a joy to work with. He's patient, meets you where you are with simple, challenging exercises that won't scare you or give you anxiety but will be very effective in helping you grow.

I've worked out with Anthony for close to a year preparing for my wedding and I definitely feel stronger and more knowledgeable about strength training. He focuses on form and encourages you throughout the workout.
Anthony's program is one of the best. I've been working out for sometime, however, this is the most consistent I've been. The program is very easy to follow, he's a great coach and I can't wait to see my progress going forward.
